ResideRise, LLC is a privately held investment company that focuses on the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily properties. We specialize in repositioning well-located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high-yield returns.
Our core mission of protecting our investment partners’ capital begins with our sole focus on multifamily properties. The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within multifamily, Class B & C offers one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between strong, growing demand and the limited new supply of these units.

His expertise encompasses multifamily, residential, and land development, as well as high-rise condominium construction across the US, Canada, and India. Beyond real estate, Dany is the owner of a successful stone manufacturing company with annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
Bijal Gajendra | Team Partner
Bijal is a Tampa-based multifamily and residential real estate investor with a strong background in construction and design. She co-owns a countertops manufacturing and kitchen remodeling company, bringing hands-on expertise in value-add renovations, project management, and cost control. She holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and is a certified Kitchen and Bath Designer.
